**Returns and Refunds**

Thank you for selecting our custom-made products. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. While we do not offer refunds for made-to-order items once the order is fulfilled, we are dedicated to resolving any issues related to misprinted, damaged, or defective items.

If you encounter any problems or notice discrepancies with your order, please contact us at 1104designsllc@gmail.com within 2 weeks of receiving the product. This ensures a swift resolution of your concerns, and we will initiate the exchange process promptly.

In the unlikely event of a package being lost in transit, please submit all claims no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims determined to be our error will be covered at our expense.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange. Please note that the timeframe for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed.

Additionally, please be mindful of the following reasons for returns:

• Wrong Address: If the courier deems the provided address insufficient, the shipment will return to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs after we confirm an updated address with you.

• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.
