Order Fulfillment:

We offer a wide range of products, all of which are custom and created on demand. some of which are processed in-house for swift delivery. For some products, we utilize a print-on-demand (POD) process that doesn't require a minimum order.

In-House Fulfillment:

For select products, our in-house team processes and prepares them within 1-3 business days. These items are ready to be shipped shortly after your order is placed.

Fulfillment Time for POD Items:
For custom POD products, the fulfillment time has two components:

• In-House Production Time: Within 1-3 business days, our team at 1104 Designs processes and prepares select items.
• Production time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to produce and prepare custom items.

Order Processing:

Once we receive your order, we direct it to the appropriate fulfillment center based on the product type. Our team at 1104 Designs and our POD team work together to ensure that your items are prepared as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options:

During the checkout process, we offer various shipping options for you to choose from. The estimated shipping time will be displayed once your order is fulfilled.

Tracking Information:

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to track your shipment's progress and stay informed about its expected delivery date.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs procedures. Please note that additional customs fees and taxes may apply, and customers are responsible for covering these charges.

Delivery Timeframe:

The total delivery time is calculated by adding the in-house and POD fulfillment times, along with the selected shipping time. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen circumstances or external factors may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
